After payment, you’ll receive an email from us to schedule your meeting either in our offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Gold Coast) or online. We’ll guide you through every step to ensure you start off right without worrying about paperwork.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
We understand plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
- Cancel up to 14 days before your Welcome Meeting with us: A 5% cancellation fee applies to the total cost.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the Welcome Meeting with us: Unfortunately, refunds are not available.
