Under this policy, we pledge to match any course price offered by any other education agency for the same exact program at the same school, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: The Best Price Guarantee is valid only if the competing offer is for the exact same program, at the same school, commencing on the same start date. The program details must be identical, including but not limited to the program length, accommodation options, and any included extras.
Proof of Offer: Customers must provide comprehensive proof of the offer from the competitor. This should include the full details of the program, the total program cost, and any applicable terms and conditions. The proof must be in the form of a formal written quote or letter of offer (from the college).
Time of Offer: The competing offer must be current and still valid at the time of price matching. We can not match prices offered to customers from our competitors in the past.
Exclusions: The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to exclusive deals, discounts, regional/nationality based promotions, or promotions offered by other agencies that are not publicly available. It also does not apply to special educational programs offered by schools that are not part of our regular program offerings.
Claim Process: To claim under the Best Price Guarantee, customers must present the competing offer to their Go Study Australia counselor before making their booking. Claims cannot be accepted after a booking has been confirmed.
Confirmation: Go Study Australia reserves the right to verify the competing offer’s details before agreeing to match the price. This may include contacting the agency or the relevant school who offered the pricing in question.
Final Decision: The final decision to match a price under this policy lies solely with Go Study Australia. If a price match is approved, the customer will pay the matched price directly to Go Study Australia.
