Adriana – Queensland State Manager

Hello I am Adriana, Queensland State Manager!

Six years ago, I came to Australia to study English, and what started as an adventure ended up changing my life. Here, I learnt the language, trained as a yoga teacher, and developed my career in the business world. I have lived in Melbourne, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane, and each place has left me with unique experiences. Now, my passion is to inspire and help people from all over the world fulfil their dream of living their own adventure in Australia. ✨🌏

WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND AN EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIA?

Because of its breathtaking beaches and incredible wildlife found nowhere else on the planet. It’s also a country full of opportunities and home to people from all over the world 🧡🌏✨

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CITY?

Brisbane is my favourite city in Australia because it’s a sunny, friendly place with so much to do. The vibe is relaxed yet vibrant, and you’re always close to incredible spots like the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, making it perfect for a mix of city life and beach escapes! 🌞🌴

TELL US ABOUT AN AUSSIE EXPERIENCE

When I was learning English, I used to just smile and nod whenever someone spoke to me, pretending I understood everything. One day, a colleague asked me if I could cover their shift, and I happily said, “Of course!” thinking it was just a polite conversation. Let’s just say I got a surprise reminder on my day off! 😅
