Refund Policy for Go Study Events
At Go Study, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our participants. We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel your attendance at one of our events. Please review our refund policy below:
**Cancellation Period:**
You may cancel your registration up to 14 days before the scheduled event date.
**Refund Amount:**
– If you cancel within the specified 14-day period, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to the total registration cost.
– Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
**How to Request a Refund:**
To initiate the cancellation process and request a refund, please contact your counselor with your registration details.
**Refund Processing:**
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the receipt of your cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
**Transfers and Substitutions:**
If you are unable to attend the event, you have the option to transfer your registration to another individual or substitute someone in your place. Please notify us of any substitutions in advance.
**Event Cancellation by Go Study:**
In the unlikely event that Go Study cancels an event, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.
**Non-Refundable Third-Party Payments:**
Some of the services we offer involve payments to external providers, and unfortunately, not all of these providers may have refundable policies.
Payments made to third-party providers, such as surf camps, may not be eligible for refunds, irrespective of our internal refund policies.
In the event that a third-party provider, to whom we have made a payment on your behalf, refuses to issue a refund, Go Study cannot be held liable for the lack of reimbursement.
